1. Booking & Refund Policy
We don’t offer refunds for canceled bookings. You can reschedule your booking within 15 days of your original date.
2. Changes or Cancellations by Rugup
If Rugup cancels or reschedules a workshop, you can choose a full refund or a new date.
3. Payment Policy
A ₹1000 advance per person is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount is payable at the studio on the day of your workshop.
4. Participant Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during the workshop. Rugup is not liable for injuries or personal loss. Parents/guardians must supervise children.
